I truly enjoy painting roses.  They are such beautiful flowers and I get inspired when I see one with sunlit petals  where the depth of the flower is revealed.  I often think one can put their pointer finger into the insides of the petals.  This painting is on gallery wrap canvas painted with high quality oils and mediums.
